Raghav Khanna

Raghav Khanna (born 1989) is currently a Ph.D. student at the Autonomous Systems Lab at ETH Zurich, where he is working on computer vision, localization and mapping techniques using autonomous aerial vehicles for agricultural environments. Raghav completed his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from IIT Kanpur in 2011 and a master’s in mechanical engineering with a special focus on renewable energy technologies from ETH Zurich in 2013. He is passionate about combining technology and entrepreneurship to create a more sustainable future, be it by building novel solar energy storage systems or using UAVs to map farms to reduce chemical inputs. Along with his studies, Raghav enjoys traveling and hiking.
