For the record: No, a robot did NOT swear at BBC hosts on live TV
Despite headlines such as:
- Here’s a robot saying ‘f*ck you’ to two BBC presenters live on air
- A robot said ‘f**k you’ to BBC Breakfast’s Charlie Stayt and Louise Minchin live on air
- Foul-mouthed robot abuses BBC Breakfast presenters
- Robot appears to drop F-bomb on BBC presenters
- Did a Robot Just Say ‘F**k You’ to BBC Anchors Live On-Air?
… the robot in question was not actually saying “F*ck you” to presenters, it was saying “Thank you.”
Admittedly, the robot should work on its diction. ;)
