Stone Spray Project
The evolution of materials in robotics continues. In the case of the Stone Spray Project, from the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia, the new material is the end result of a 3d printing robot process. The Stone Spray Project has produced small models from soil with binding agents and is expected to be able to create full scale dwellings, even bridges, from CAD drawings.
