Adam de Eyto has a B.Des (Hons), PhD, SDip, FIDI. Adam is the co-Principle Investigator for the Xo Soft project with the Design Factors team at the University of Limerick. He lectures in Product Design and is the co-director for the Design Factors research group. He has a specific research expertise and interest in Design for Sustainability and also works in the areas of Soft Product Design, New Product Development, Sustainable Product Service Systems, Transdisciplinary education, Humanising Medical Devices and Behavioural Change. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Designers in Ireland and Lead Editor of ITERATIONS design research and practice review. Adam formerly worked in industry as a design consultant and as an outdoor equipment designer.
