Anara Sandygulova



Anara Sandygulova has been an Assistant Professor of Robotics at Nazarbayev University since 2015. Dr. Sandygulova completed her Ph.D. in Computer Science from University College Dublin (Republic of Ireland), and has published more than 50 papers in international conferences and journals, mainly on the topics of human–robot interaction, human recognition and social robotics. Dr. Sandygulova has helped to organize several international conference sessions and workshops, reviewed for many international publications and has been a member of ACM/IEEE HRI conference program committee since 2020. She is a Principal Coordinator in two research projects funded under FDCRGP and CRP programs.
