I am a PhD candidate at the Institute for Dynamic Systems and Control, ETH Zurich, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Raffaello D’Andrea. My current research interests include the design and the development of vision-based, data-driven tactile sensors, and learning-based model predictive control. I received the B.Sc. degree in Automation Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2014 and the M.Sc. degree in Robotics, Systems and Control from ETH Zurich in 2016. During my studies, I completed a double-degree program and received the B.Eng. in Electronics and Information Engineering from the Tongji University. I was a recipient of the Best Paper Award at the 2020 IEEE International Conference on Soft Robotics, and I received the ETEL Award for my master’s thesis on model predictive control of an unmanned aerial vehicle.
