Florian Enner is a Co-Founder of HEBI Robotics and a Principal Systems/Software Engineer at Carnegie Mellon University. He has been working in the Biorobotics lab at CMU since 2011 where he has focused on tools and programming interfaces to accelerate the lab's research. In 2014 he co-founded HEBI Robotics, a company working on modular robotic components for academic research and light industrial usage. The teams he has been part of have worked on many different types of robots, including collaborative manipulators, wheeled robots, walking robots, and snake robots.
