Marcela Cristina Munera Ramírez is a research professor with the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito (ECIJG-Colombia). Prior to that, she was an assistant professor at Université de Reims Champagne Ardenne (URCA-France). Her research interest are biomaterials and biomechanics, musculoskeletal modeling of the human system, human motion analysis, improvement of human performance in sports and rehabilitation engineering.
