Mauricio Zuazua, a partner with A.T. Kearney Middle East, brings 15 years of experience advising business leaders and top government officials on topics such as strategic growth, diversification, and capability development across more than 20 countries. Working with governments, Maricio has led economic diversification, competitiveness, and capability building—both human and institutional—for multiple countries in GCC, greater Middle East, Africa, and Latin America. Further, he has extensive experience in greenfield mega-project structuring, planning, funding, business development and launch—in developing economies.
Mauricio has played a key role in the development and restructuring of free zones, industrial and logistics hubs in the GCC, and is regularly quoted in the press. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in civil engineering from Monterrey Tech, Mexico.
