I am currently a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at UNC-Charlotte supervised by Dr. Jing Xiao. I completed my undergraduate studies at UNCC in 2012 and entered the PhD program in Fall 2013. I am a member of the UNC Charlotte IMI Lab (http://imilab.uncc.edu/) where I am studying real-time robot motion planning. Before entering the PhD program, I worked at Chemring Detection Systems and Coroware Robotics. I have been a GAANN Fellow (http://www2.ed.gov/programs/gaann/index.html) since Fall 2014. In Spring 2016, I designed and taught an undergraduate robotics course at UNC-Charlotte. In prior semesters, I taught an undergraduate operating systems course and been a teaching assistant for various graduate and undergraduate courses.
