… BlueView Technologies, a provider of underwater vision systems for many underwater robotics providers, announced that it would be acquired by Teledyne effective in July.
… BlueView delivers instrumentation for underwater vision, monitoring, survey, detection and navigation and has pioneered new technologies in compact forward-looking imaging sonar, microbathymetry systems and 3D scanning sonar.
… Teledyne RD Instruments, itself a subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies, will be the acquiring agent.
… Sale prices was not announced.
