Professor at the University of Seville (Spain), Head of the Robotics, Vision and Control Group. He is the coordinator of the European H2020 project AEROARMS on AErial RObotic system integrating multiple ARMS and advanced manipulation capabilities for inspection and maintenance, with 10 partners from Spain, Germany, France, Italy and Switzerland. Moreover, he is leading the participation of the University of Seville in the H2020 MARINE-UAS: Autonomous Unmanned Aerial Systems for Marine and Coastal Monitoring Innovative Training Networks (ITN-ETN) and is also co-leading the participation of the University of Seville in the project AEROBI (AErial RObotic System for In-Depth Bridge Inspection by Contact).
