Bill Culley is an entrepreneur and engineer, and is cofounder of Empire Robotics, the company commercializing one of the newest technologies poised to have a significant impact across industrial robotics. He began his career as a management consultant to Fortune 500 companies, then spent four years working with several early stage technology companies. With a unique background in robotics research and product launch strategy, Bill has positioned Empire Robotics as a disruptive robotic gripping and work holding tool provider in the industrial automation industry. With a unique new approach to highly flexible, safe, and easy to use robots, Bill is helping to lead the new generation of industrial robots for anyone. Bill holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Hod Lipson's Creative Machines Lab at Cornell University, and a MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell.
