Daniel Pickem is currently a research engineer at Apple. Previously, Daniel received a Ph.D. degree in robotics and an M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of of Technology. Daniel is a recipient of the Fulbright scholarship and was a student best paper finalist at the IEEE Conference on Decision and Control 2015. More recently, he was a finalist for the best conference paper award at the IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA) 2017, and the recipient of the IEEE ICRA 2017 Best Multi-Robot Systems Paper award.
