Looking much like a Rube Goldberg design, this machine built from Lego parts takes paper through a two-stage folding process before sending it flying off into space. The appearance of superfluous complexity is probably more a matter of the use of Legos than anything real, and a close examination might show the design to be as simple as the demands of reliable operation allow.
