Markus Waibel is a robotics enthusiast with a background in multi-robot systems and a passion for science communication. In 2006 he co-founded the Talking Robots podcast series and peppered its high-profile guests with questions on the future of robotics and AI. In 2008 he co-founded the non-profit ROBOTS Association and acted as its first president until 2010. The ROBOTS Association's first project, the ROBOTS Podcast, lay the foundation for Robohub, co-founded in 2011 together with Sabine Hauert. Markus is currently a Co-Founder at Verity.
